We combine working-hour overlap with Central Europe, explicit rituals and a short mutual evaluation window so you can judge pace, communication and output before you scale spend. We only propose developers whom we trust in our own projects and whose experience and expertise we know will deliver results at the best possible quality. New developers go through a proven screening process and work on internal projects before we suggest them to you. This way, you always work with tried-and-tested developers.

Yes. The first weeks are deliberately hands-on: aligning on access, ceremonies, ownership and escalation paths for both you and the engineer. We stay close while the collaboration finds its rhythm—onboarding is not a one-day calendar block and then silence.

No hidden line items. Billing tracks the commercial terms you approved; when capacity shifts for planned leave or similar, that shows up openly in what you pay instead of as unexplained extras on the invoice.

We expect rare mismatches, not zero. If skills or chemistry are off, we address it directly and, under our standard terms, prioritise a replacement path so your roadmap does not stall. Winding down or resizing the team follows the notice clauses in your agreement—often on the order of two weeks—so you are not locked into a long tail when plans change.

You can terminate the contract at the end of any month. There is no minimum term or long-term lock-in—your engagement with us remains flexibly cancellable on a monthly basis, matching your project goals and priorities.
