What we build and improve

Cloud architecture and landing zones

Design of secure, compliant landing zones for your workloads—including networking, identity, secrets management and environment separation.

Resilience, backup and recovery

High-availability patterns, backup strategies and tested recovery plans so you know how the system behaves under failure.

Cost visibility and optimization

Tagging, dashboards and concrete cost-saving measures to align cloud spend with real product value.

Observability and incident response

Logging, metrics, tracing and on-call workflows so your team can detect, understand and resolve issues quickly.

From review to reliable operations

How we typically work together

Discovery and health check

We review your current setup, incidents and constraints to understand what truly matters for your product and customers.

Architecture and quick wins

We propose a pragmatic target architecture and start with the highest-impact fixes—typically around reliability, security or costs.

Implementation and handover

We implement the agreed changes together with your team, document them and establish routines so you can operate confidently.

Optional long-term partnership

If helpful, we stay involved as a sparring partner to keep the cloud foundation healthy while your product evolves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cloud collaboration details

Which cloud providers do you support?

Primarily AWS, but we also work with GCP and Azure in mixed environments.

Can you work with our existing DevOps or platform team?

Yes, we usually complement internal teams by taking on architecture, complex migrations or specific reliability topics.

Do you also handle compliance topics?

We don’t replace legal or compliance experts, but we design architectures with common standards like GDPR or ISO 27001 in mind.

How much does it cost to hire a developer through bitshore?

We are upfront: we provide senior developers only, at €65 per hour. No undisclosed junior staffing, no opaque rate card you only see after a call. Compared with senior freelancers based in the DACH-Region, published hourly rates for similar experience are often materially higher (exact numbers vary by stack and city, but €65/h is typically well below what many local senior freelancers quote). A local permanent hire is a different comparison again because of employer-side costs on top of salary—but for straightforward time-and-materials engineering, you see the number on the page.
